The decision was made by BSF to recruit Indian Citizen Male/ Female for the post of Assistant Sub Inspector and Head Constable in Border Security Force (BSF).
The application was invited by the BSF for the recruitment of 136 posts of Assistant Sub Inspector Steno & Head Constable Ministerial.
Candidates must know that the post of BSF ASI Steno Exam Pattern 2015 & HC Ministerial is based on two phases, the phases have been mentioned below:
- The first phase includes the written examination
- The Phase test include the following things
- Physical Measurements
- Short hand test
- Typing speed test
- Medical Examination
BSF ASI Steno 2015 Exam Pattern
The written test which the candidates have to give will be conducted on OMR basis. The time allotted to complete the exam will be 100 minutes. The whole written exam will be of 100 marks and the question paper will consist of five parts.
The cut off marks for written examination will be 35% for the general category candidates and 33% for the SC/ST candidates.
The question paper will be set both in Hindi and English. The candidates are supposed to answer in any one of the language. The five parts in which the question paper will be divided is as under
The part 1 will have subject Hindi/ English language to check the candidates’ ability to understand correct English, his basic comprehension and writing ability. This part will be of 20 marks.
The part 2 will contain questions from general intelligence and will include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The questions will be on analogies, similarities and differences and many other things this part will be of 20 marks.
The part 3 will be of Numerical Aptitude and containing questions of general mathematics. This part will also be of 20 marks.
The part 4 will be of clerical aptitude and of 20 marks
The part 5 will be of basic computer knowledge and is of 20 marks.
